Former Ranger drafted by SF Giants!
Joseph Panik, one of the original Taconic Rangers, was drafted in the 1st round (29th overall) by the San Francisco Giants. Joe is a short stop at St. John's and a graduate of John Jay East Fishkill. Read more here and here
